Communication process

1.1. Our client submits a request for which of our services he is interested in and they must be clearly specified.

1.2. If we have our own employees or those of our two official partners available, we send our teams. If we do not have them, then we take from our subcontractors with whom we cooperate for a long time and know their teams in essence and the main responsibility towards you is only Keza Bau.

1.3. The subcontractor cannot work directly with our client, bypassing Keza Bau, this is regulated by contracts between Keza Bau and our subcontractors.

Basic criteria before signing the contract

2.1. Prices and payment terms are determined between the client and Keza Bau and determines the start date of the work.

2.2. The Client is obliged to provide accommodation for our employees and pay for it. The apartment must have normal living conditions and a kitchen for preparing food.Two employees can sleep in one room, based on the area of ​​the room.

2.3 The distance from the apartment to the workplace must be a maximum of 60 km round trip, otherwise additional travel hours will be paid.

2.4. Work tools and transportation are always optional and negotiable, depending on the work activity.

2.5. Our employees are in standard work clothes and small basic tools.

2.6. In each group we have one person who speaks English.

Our employees come from Slovenia, Croatia, Kosovo and Albania.

Financial part - Signing the contract

4.1. At the moment of signing the final contracts, both parties assume their responsibility to implement it in full accuracy.

4.2. Keza Bau prepares its employees, organizes the travel portion, and ensures that the employees are there exactly on the date set by the client.

4.3.The client is obliged to meet the workers at the appropriate location and accommodate them in the apartment.
